We visited my parents house last night in Manito, and boy does it sure look like a new house. Over the summer they had a pipe break while they were on vacation. No one found it for 4-5 days and it absolutely flooded their entire house. All flooring in the main level and basement needed replaced (excluding 3 small rooms). The replaced the upstairs carpet with a very nice laminate hardwood flooring. While they were at it, they decided to knock out some interior walls to open up the place. GREAT MOVE! The place looks much bigger and has much more room to operate. The flooring looks great as well. Identical carpet was put in the basement, but they did shuffle things around and add in ceiling speakers for whole basement music.

Other things replaced or damaged:

• Kitchen Cabinets – got all brand new cabinets
• Downstairs PC shot
• Sony PS2 done for
• Some wood furniture water damaged
• All basement ceiling tile (almost)
• Basement wall section

Those are some of the big things. Lots of little things were ruined in this disaster. But the place is looking great. All thats left is some countertop and the place will look like new. What a summer though
