My dad, brother (Rodney), son (Drew), and I all went to the Cardinal Caravan held in East Peoria the other night.  It was fairly uneventful with Brendan Ryan and Chris Perez being the biggest name current Cardinals there.  Al Hrobowski, Danny Cox and John Tudor were some of the old timers in attendance.  The highlight of the night was watching Drew get Fredbird’s autograph.  He posed for a picture next to Fredbird and the bird picked up Drew for the picture and held him sideways.  Drew was actually kinda shocked and a little scared.  Ha, thanks Fredbird – you scared my son away from future Cardinals events 

Nah, actually he was ready to talk Cardinal baseball later that week so this should be a fun season.  Enjoy the pics.
