Our Christmas Eve was pretty uneventful. We all got to sleep in so that was a bonus! We spent the morning playing with Drew’s new toys that he got a Friedrich Christmas the night before. Then I got to spend the afternoon watching NFL and holding Alyssa. The others took naps. Then in the evening we went out to dinner as a family. We came back home afterwards, and Sarah and Drew baked Jesus a birthday cake! Then baked Santa some cookies. Drew thought he was so cool helping mommy bake. Before bed we left Santa a plate of cookies and a glass of milk. I’m looking forward to his reaction in the morning. Merry Christmas to everyone!
