How good it feels to be a St. Louis Cardinals fan today! Being 9 games up on the Cubs and having the best record in baseball is an awesome feeling as a fan. But more importantly, watching how the Cards handled last nights game with the Cubs makes me feel even better to be a Cardinal fan. Zambrano should be ashamed of himself and showed why as some put it, “he has a million dollar arm, but a 10 cent brain.”

Edmonds gets plunked twice and doesn’t say a word to Carlos. While Carlos is yelling, cursing, waving at Jimmy as he rounds the bases from a gigantic homerun out of Wrigely Field. Last nights game made me convinced that being a Cardinal fan is a privilige. And seeing the class displayed by the Cardinals makes me even more excited to bring my little boy up as a St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Time for a 2 game sweep today!
