We went in last night to meet Drew’s pre-school teacher for the first time last night. He’s been pretty forceful with “I’m not going to school” so far this summer. But after sitting down with Mrs. Mac at Good Shepeard, Drew seemed to warm up to the idea a little bit. He will be the youngest in his 3 year old class, but we think he’ll fit in just fine. Then after the pre-school years we’ll re-evaluate and possibly keep him in the 5 year old class another year so he doesn’t go through school as the young’en in him class. We’ll see about that then.

He officially starts his first class on Monday. He’s going to go 3 days a week for 3 hours. Mommy will miss him! Alyssa will miss him! He will miss them both. But I really think he’s going to end up loving it and learning a lot too!
