The Peterson Christmas was our last of like 4 get togethers. The day after Christmas, we went over to Petersons at 9:00 am for the immediate family gift exchange. The kids had a blast and the adults enjoyed watching the kids. Special gifts: Drew’s Mcdonalds register, Ryan’s Cardinal penants, The Peterson Boys got a new 4-wheeler!, and tons more. After the gifts, the adults did a gift card exchange. Then the kids went outside and rode the 4-wheeler. Adam had a little spill 10 minutes into riding it, but everyone was ok. He jumped back on and rode again. That was definately a hit. Joel and Steve’s new 4-wheeler was a hit as well. It is quite a beast.

Then around noon, the Kowerko’s and Grandma Peterson showed up for lunch. We had another big lunch and then had fellowship. Finally, we had another gift exchange and gift card exchange. Then everyone was just exhausted and stuffed.

The big news of the day was. JOEL AND ASHLEY GOT ENGAGED!!! The got engaged Christmas Eve and are going to get married either end of 2006 or beginning of 2007. Our cousin Alex also got engaged over this holiday. Congrats to Joel and Alex.
