So Sarah is officially 29 years old. One more year til the big 30. We had a fun night Friday on her birthday. We went shopping to get her a new watch and some clothes. Followed that with a romantic dinner at the Olive Garden – her favorite. Then walked around Grand Prairie and went to Borders for a while. We had intentions of getting ice cream but we were still to full from dinner – so we opted to go home and spend some time with the kids. All in all – it was a fun night celebrating my wifes birthday.
This was nothing compared to her Saturday night celebration. Her and her ‘girlfriends’ took a night out on the town. 
They went to Rizzi’s for a nice dinner then went downtown Peoria to the clubs and bars dancing the night away. I got stuck at home watching the kiddos but I was fine with that – as we all know I am not a dancing/clubbing type anyways 
Everyone made it home safely, late, but safely – so all was good!

Don’t you love the Olan Mills picture that was taken of Sarah and me? It still cracks me up! We had a lot of fun! I don’t think any of us had done that in ages…I think we’re probably good on that for about 20 years now. I was getting tired around 10:30p.m. Ha! I am such a loser!
