I’m finally posting an update.  It’s been a while!  Been a busy few weeks but here were some of the highlights.

- We finally moved into our new house in Morton.  The move went great.  We had tons of help (thanks family!) and pretty much got loaded, moved, painted, unpacked, cleaned, and organized in 4 days.  Some call us crazy – but it was sure nice. I took some time off work to paint and do some things to help with all this.  We finally got the pictures hung this past week.  We got some new furniture (kitchen table, living room hutch and kids bed) from Furniture Row that came in this week as well.  I’ve spent a little time in the backyard playing hoops with Drew.  We are going to love that as the weather gets nice.  Steve and I got the playset put together and we yanked the basement carpet out as well.  That has been replaced and now looks great down there.

- We had a good Easter.  Easter was pretty uneventful as neither of our families really got together for that day.  We went to her families church and had breakfast with them while my family met us for lunch.  After that we just relaxed!

- Sarah is ready to get Bryce out!  If you didn’t know, our baby boy is due in June and will be named Bryce Ryan Knuppel.

- I’m finishing up the Caterpillar basketball league (tourney starts this week) and playing some open gym at Pekin High.  Those young kids are hard to keep up with these days 

- Baseball has begun! Go Cardinals.

- My brackets were horrible this year. Tennessee killed me.  First year ever that all four # 1′s make the final four.  Should be an interesting final four.

- Had my brother in law’s (Josh) bachelor party this past weekend.  Played cards, ate food, watched games and hung out.  Guy stuff…  He’s getting married this weekend so should be an eventful weekend with Sarah in the wedding!

That’s it for now.  Maybe I’ll update a bit more frequent from here on.
