It’s been a busy week as you can tell from my blogs. Not a lot of time put into this. But I’m trying to catch up now. So I spent tons of time playing hoops this week. Sunday night Justin and I played at Landmark in Peoria. The games were ok. Monday night Justin and I played with Pekin Highschool in their open gym. I love doing this. The highschool guys are fun to play with cause they play so hard all the time. It’s a great workout although is old guys like to whoop up on the kids They did beat us the last game though, grrr. Then on Tuesday was the Caterpillar basketball league championship. We came into the game undefeated but playing against a very good team. We jumped out 13-0 and never looked back. Finished the season 11-0 which moves our 6 year career as a team to like 59-10 or something. With 3 championships and now with back to back championships. Good times!

Also, it was a great week because Drew showed a lot of interest in basketball. For those that don’t know – he’s never even wanted to touch a ball. But for some reason he wanted to shoot this week and now he can’t get enough of it. Poor little guy can’t really get it up there but he heaves it up underhand and actually makes a few. 7 foot rims of course. It won’t be long and he’ll be working on his form
