The 2nd Annual Elmhurst/NFL Extravaganza is in the books.  Justin Carley and I spent the entire weekend watching football and basketball up in Elmhurst area. Here was our agenda:

• Drove up Saturday morning and watching the 12:30 NFL game at Bufallo Wild Wings in Elmhurst. Met up with college buddies, Brad Shelton, Scott Bailey and Luke Johnsons! New England shutout TB.
• Watched the 4:00 Elmhurst championship basketball game in the Bluejay Classic. They won easily but didn’t play well.
• Went to Fitz’s to watch the end of the Chiefs/Giants game. My boys dominated, Tiki with 220 yards and 2 td’s. Larry Johnson with 175 yards and 2 td’s.
• Went to Real Time Sports in Elk Grove Village to watch the night game. Denver beat Buffalo.
• Stayed at a hotel in Schaumburg
• Woke up Sunday and watched games from noon to 4:30 at Real Time Sports again.
• Drove home listening to the games on radio!

It was a blast. This was the 2nd year of this annual outing. It is marked on my calendar next year as well!
