Ok, ok… I’m as diehard as they come when it comes to being a Cardinal fan.  But even I can admit when they suck.  This years team is horrible.  They are absolutely OUT OF THE RACE for 2007.  Let me enjoy their title of “World Series Champions” for another month or so please 

Rodney and I went to the first game of the Saturday double header vs. the Cubs.  It was just awful.  The whole day just felt weird since the Cardinals had lost 7 in a row and really were not in the ‘hunt’.  Not as fun.  And the game itself was low scoring and boring.   ended up winning 3-2 on a 2 run bomb by Soriano in the 8th.
